hey yo!

just an update on all things sammy wammy bar....

been working on losing some kg's haha kinda sick of having that extra layer so been working hard exercising got a treadmil and a crosstrainer been eating healthy and been taking some pills called reductil they supress your appetite which is cool kinda heloed me out a bit....im a massive lolly chocolate fan haha havent had any for a while....so its been about a month and i have lost 10-12 kg's just goes to show how much shit i use to eat haha i have cut out snacks and shit so just eating a big lunch then small dinner and fruit whenever its not too bad.

The new job is rockin loving it haha teller beotch!! i have actually suprised myself i didnt know i would be so confident people keep thinking i have been doing it for the last year when i have been doing it by myself for the last week hahaha. hoping i can nail my way up the ranks :D.

been seeing friends alot more latelly and lovin it i actually have some energy woot! working casual rocks alot more than full time....i choose when i work VERY NICE I LIKE YOU.

anywho....steves 21st coming up WOOT pretty exciting getting him some kick arse stuff!!....joey and lukes baby shower cant wait got some wicked prezzies!!

so yeah....anyone i havent seen in a while give me a bell and we will catch up!!

Due to the passing of Douglas John Leslie last Sunday evening, a benefit show will be taking place at Drum Power to remember him, and also to raise money to be donated to his family to help them in their time of need.

Venue: Factory 2 Number 55Malvern Rd, Bayswater. 2 Min walk from Bayswater station.

Action kicks off at 3pm and will finish around 8:30pm, so no excuses for being hung over or still in bed.

Bbq and drinks will be available to purchase.

It's for a good fucknig cause, dont be an arsehole come and show your support for the Leslie family regardless of if you know them or not, it is still a great show.

All proceeds go to the Leslie family, everyone is doing their part for free, so make sure you do your part and turn up.
